  • Assist customers with onboarding, training, and technical support inquiries.
  • Monitor customer activity, adoption, and feedback to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Handle customer issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates.
  • Support in improving customer service processes and suggesting enhancements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive customer success initiatives.
