Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the call center team to achieve performance goals.
  • Oversee recovery efforts and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
  • Handle and resolve escalated customer queries efficiently.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer interactions, lead generation, and sales conversions.
  • Train, motivate, and monitor call center agents to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain and analyze call center performance reports to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Manager in the real estate industry (Mandatory).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, recovery handling, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and call center technology.
