Customer Service Representative

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.

  3. Assist customers in navigating through the real estate buying or selling process, providing necessary support and guidance.
  4. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance job performance and stay updated on policies.
  5. Document customer interactions, update records, and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
  6. Achieve and exceed established targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience as a customer service representative in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu, English, and Punjabi languages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using software and computer applications.
