About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a growing fashion brand with a strong e-commerce focus. This leadership role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting to ensure financial health and drive business growth. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in finance within the fashion or textile industry and solid knowledge of e-commerce dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies in line with business objectives.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze market and industry trends to inform strategic financial planning.
• Prepare financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct profitability assessments, cost evaluations, and investment analyses.
• Manage financial operations related to online sales, including forecasting and margin analysis.
• Monitor KPIs for e-commerce and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Partner with digital marketing and sales teams to align promotions and pricing with financial targets.

Cash Flow Management

• Optimize working capital and manage payment cycles and investments.
• Identify and manage risks related to currency fluctuations and supplier agreements.

Cost Control & Profitability

• Implement cost control measures across sourcing, production, and logistics.
• Evaluate existing cost structures and suggest improvements to increase margins.
• Enhance operational efficiencies and reduce overheads.

Financial Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.
• Lead external audits and maintain accurate, timely reporting.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and adherence to best financial practices.
• Define team roles, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including investors, vendors, and banks.
• Support supplier and vendor negotiations with financial insights.
• Enhance financial systems to improve analytics and decision-making.
• Oversee integration of ERP, data, and e-commerce platforms for better financial visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: ACA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA (Part-Qualified or Qualified)
• Experience: 7–10 years in finance, with 3+ years in a managerial role (fashion/e-commerce industry preferred)
• Skills:
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
• Leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and commercial acumen
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial plans with business goals
• Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and interpretive capabilities
• Leadership: Track record of managing successful finance teams
• E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of digital business models
• Adaptability: Able to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (on-site)
• Saturday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (work-from-home)
