Role Overview

As an SEO Outreach Expert, you will be responsible for executing link-building campaigns that support our SEO strategies. You'll work closely with our content and SEO teams to identify backlink opportunities, conduct outreach to relevant websites, and build high-quality backlinks that improve our clients' domain authority and rankings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to improve organic rankings.
  • Identify and research target websites and potential outreach opportunities.
  • Conduct personalized outreach via email, social media, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and influencers.
  • Monitor backlink profiles and ensure link quality and relevance.
  • Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align outreach with campaign goals.
  • Track and report on outreach performance and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices in link building.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in SEO outreach or link building.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and off-page optimization.
  • Experience using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, Hunter.io, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to personalize outreach and build authentic relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Knowledge of white-hat SEO practices.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and guest posting.
