Job Description

Educational Background:

  • Bachelors (4 Years) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Telecom Engineering / Software Engineering or equivalent
  • Masters in Computer Science / Information Technology / Telecom Engineering / Software Engineering or equivalent will be preferred
  • Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC

Job Location: Islamabad

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in Communication Networks, Systems, Switching, Firewalling, wired and wireless networks.
  • Certifications like CCNP, CCNA, CCIE Routing and Switching, including OEM certifications like Fortinet Firewalls Certified, Hillstone Certified, etc. will be preferred

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in deployment of networks including wired and wireless media with high availability for secure communication.
  • Experience in deploying NAC, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP), SSL/TLS, IPS/IDS, load balancing, Web filtering, IPSec, SSL-VPN, and connectivity media (VSAT, Fiber, DSL, DRS, 3G/4G)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
  • Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  • Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  • Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
  • 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
  • Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible.
  • Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
  • Females, Minority, Transgenders, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches, etc. will not be allowed during the test and interview.
