We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced CNC Machine Instructor to join our team and lead our CNC Machine Diploma Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum for the CNC Machine Diploma Program.
  2. Provide hands-on training in CNC machine operation, programming, and maintenance.
  3. Teach students how to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  4. Ensure students understand safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
  5. Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical exams.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
  7. Maintain and manage CNC lab equipment and tools.
  8. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
  9. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma, B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. On field 10 years of experience.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC Lathe and Milling machining; prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
  4. Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Commitment to student success and continuous improvement in teaching methods.
