Job Title: VFX Artist (5 Years Experience)

Location: Bahria Town RWP

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled VFX Artist with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to create compelling visual effects for film, video games, commercials, or digital media. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with directors, designers, and other artists to deliver visually striking effects that enhance storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and integrate high-quality visual effects that align with the project's artistic vision and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and deliver VFX solutions.
• Develop realistic and stylized effects including explosions, fire, smoke, particles, fluids, and other dynamic simulations.
• Use industry-standard VFX software and tools (e.g., Houdini, After Effects, Nuke, Maya, Cinema 4D) to design, simulate, and composite effects.
• Optimize VFX assets and workflows for performance without compromising visual quality.
• Participate in reviews and iterations to refine VFX shots based on feedback.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and find creative solutions to achieve desired effects within deadlines.
• Stay up to date with the latest VFX trends, techniques, and software advancements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a VFX Artist in film, gaming, advertising, or related industries.
• Proficient with VFX software such as Houdini, After Effects, Nuke, Maya, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of particle systems, fluid dynamics, simulation, and compositing.
• Solid artistic skills with a good eye for detail, timing, and composition.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate concepts into high-quality visual effects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of VFX work demonstrating creativity and technical skill.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with scripting (Python, MEL) for pipeline automation.
• Knowledge of real-time VFX tools (Unreal Engine, Unity) is a plus.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and texturing.
