We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, or other channels to present company offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with business solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working during the hours (8:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and goals.
  • Experience working in B2B or international markets is a plus.
