Job Overview:

Position Overview:

As an Independent Sales Representative at Sprint Digital, you will be responsible for generating your own leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our range of digital market services. While Sprint Digital will also provide leads and guidance on how to gather leads and develop sales strategies, you will be fully responsible for executing lead generation, managing the sale process, and ultimately closing the deals. This is a commission-only role, offering commission on each sale made, with no income cap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels including calling, email outreach, networking, social media, referrals, and other creative methods We'll provide support and training on effective lead generation techniques, but you will drive the process.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients and understand their digital marketing
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing the deal
  • Present Sprint Digital's services in a compelling way to meet the needs of prospects
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing to effectively pitch services
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong ability to generate leads independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is an advantage

Compensation

  • Commission-based.

Commission structure to be shared during the interview process.
