As an AM Compliance, your dedication to excellence in quality and compliance becomes the backbone of Reckitt. Your responsibilities- Direct the health hub's quality continuous improvement activities, ensuring adherence to up-to-date regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong quality systems, observing and auditing for consistent compliance.
- Establish quality objectives within the hub and provide pivotal feedback on regional performance.
- Serve as a key figure for quality-related information regarding processes and product integrity.
- Champion a 'right first time' approach, aiding the seamless introduction of new processes within the region.
- Strengthen the synergy between global and local teams for consistently high-quality product delivery.
- A proven track record in quality compliance within the healthcare industry.
- Adept with quality management systems and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements such as Good Distribution Practise (GDP).
- Exceptional communication and influencing talents, particularly in situations where you may not have direct authority.
- Keen auditing abilities, fortified by relevant qualifications, are seen as beneficial.
- Strategic and level-headed when making decisions under pressure, promoting business strategy and change leadership.
- Familiar with digital transformation in R & D and manufacturing to maintaining cutting-edge quality standards.
