Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Administrator, located in Rawalpindi. The Front Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day front office activities such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks. Additionally, the role involves managing social media handles and maintaining a professional front office environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance
- Proficient in Customer Service and Front Office management
- Skills in handling Receptionist Duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are an advantage
