About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team and enhance marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to streamline sales processes, manage reporting, and contribute to marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily performance of sales teams in Karachi and Lahore.
  • Prepare detailed reports based on KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems for effective data management.
  • Support the development of proposals, RFQs, and presentations.
  • Create sales materials aligned with client needs and industry trends.
  • Coordinate social media activities with the Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with external marketing teams on campaigns supporting sales objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination or marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting software.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
