Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and enhance business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring seamless coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy & Nutritional Sciences or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations and sales management, Nutraceutical/Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales operations across the assigned region, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Oversee end-to-end business operations, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans based on market trends and business goals.
  • Lead and mentor regional teams, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and supply chain functions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize business processes to enhance sales growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
