Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement operational strategies to address audit observations and achieve targets.
  • Supervise security staff, office administration, and fire-fighting teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Monitor patrolling squads and wastewater disposal systems, taking corrective actions as necessary to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement structural improvements and functional reorganization.
  • Maintain accurate records of security reports and resolve issues promptly.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a commanding officer in the military or law enforcement, preferably with a strong background in operations management.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Prior training in counter-terrorism from a reputable organization, demonstrating expertise in this critical area.
  • Familiarity with integrated management system implementation and monitoring, showcasing a commitment to excellence and quality.
