Ibex, for one of it's global client, is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
  • Creating visual concepts for promotional activities
  • Managing the digital marketing calendar
  • Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
  • On all platforms (Meta, BBB, Angie, Yelp, GMB, etc)
  • Negative review monitoring and resolution w/CSRs and Jeff D
  • Responding to all online inquiries
  • Forms submitted through company web site
  • Audience building within Service Titan o Service Titan is our CRM
  • Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
  • Sprout platform management
  • Manages timing of campaigns across multiple social media platforms
  • Create postings, manage and modify campaigns, evaluate campaigns
  • Google My Business Management
  • Digital Creative Ad Library - Maintain, Request, Deliver, Organize assets, Dropbox creative asset organization
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and Direct Mail campaigns with outside vendors
  • Creating and updating digital marketing reports
  • Overseeing the digital marketing budget

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar field
  • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, 10+ is ideal
  • Experience with digital marketing automation software
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of web publishing
  • Proficiency with SEO tools
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English as a conversational skill is a must
  • Will not be a customer-facing position, so does not need to have premium/superior English accent i.e.: doesn't need to sound like an American
  • Speaking skills must not be a barrier in working with our US-based staff
  • Working hours would be US-Central Time Zone traditional working hours (Work from office)
