We are hiring a graphic designer who will carefully review final document designs before they are published. Your role is to ensure each file looks clean, follows the instructions, and includes all required content. You will be provided with a clear plan for each file — your task is to verify that the design matches this plan and that nothing is missing or misplaced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review documents designed in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Excel.
  • Compare each file against the content plan to confirm all required sections are included and correctly ordered.
  • Examine the design and formatting of templates such as resumes, brochures, schedules, Excel sheets, and certificates.
  • Identify formatting issues like misaligned text, uneven spacing, incorrect fonts, or inconsistent sizes.
  • Check if the written content matches the topic and follows instructions.
  • Ensure the description accurately reflects the file content.
  • Report missing content or design issues for correction.
  • Use a review checklist to ensure the file is complete and ready for publishing.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English — ability to read, understand, and communicate clearly in English.
  • Skills in designing and topic-based research.
  • Strong attention to detail in layout, spacing, fonts, and formatting.
  • Ability to follow written content plans or instructions accurately.
  • Comfort working with document formats in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Excel.
