Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region.
  2. Set clear sales targets and objectives for the region and ensure their achievement.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  5. Lead efforts in negotiating large deals, contracts, and partnerships.
  6. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
  7. Implement and manage regional marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing a sales team.
  • Skills:
    • FMCG or FMEG background preferred.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
