
Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region.
- Set clear sales targets and objectives for the region and ensure their achievement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Lead efforts in negotiating large deals, contracts, and partnerships.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
- Implement and manage regional marketing initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing a sales team.
- Skills:
- FMCG or FMEG background preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
