Position Purpose:
Seeking a passionate UI/UX Intern eager to create impactful digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centric design, a creative approach to crafting intuitive interfaces, and a portfolio demonstrating diverse projects. Responsibilities include supporting social media presence, translating user needs into engaging designs, and collaborating with teams to ensure project success.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field of design and development
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fields are preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year proven work experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to improve user experience.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to enhance design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align design goals.
• Support the design of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain design consistency across various platforms and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for user engagement.
• Optimize designs based on usability testing and performance insights.
• Stay updated with UI/UX design trends and best practices.
• Assist in preparing design presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
• Convert Figma designs into development-ready assets with attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ability to translate design concepts into interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating creativity and understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design.
