UIUX Designer Apprentice

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Intern to join our team and help create impactful digital experiences.

• This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with 6-12 months of experience in a similar role to gain hands-on experience and build their portfolio.
• You will be responsible for supporting social media presence, translating user needs into engaging designs, and collaborating with teams to ensure project success.

1. Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to improve user experience.
2. Conduct user research and analyze feedback to enhance design decisions.
3. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align design goals.
4. Support the design of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
5. Maintain design consistency across various platforms and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for user engagement.
7. Optimize designs based on usability testing and performance insights.
8. Stay updated with UI/UX design trends and best practices.
9. Assist in preparing design presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
10. Convert Figma designs into development-ready assets with attention to detail.

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ability to translate design concepts into interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating creativity and understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design.
