Zoom Marketing Oils is a fast-growing energy player in Pakistan, with the 3rd largest storage capacity at a prime location in Machikey, Sheikhupura and service stations across the nation. We're fulfilling our customer's energy needs through various products and while maintaining the highest levels of safety, security and quality standards. Our products range from petroleum to diesel, kerosene oil, ultra-furnace, super plus, as well as lubricant for which we've partnered up with the LOTOS Group of Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to capture new business opportunities within the oil and petroleum industry.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

· Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new market trends, potential clients, and competitors.

· Proposal & Contract Management: Lead the preparation of proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of new business opportunities.

· Revenue Growth: Identify new revenue streams and monitor performance to meet or exceed targets.

· Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences, events, and meetings to establish the company's presence and grow the network.

Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Petroleum, or related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the oil and petroleum industry.

Skills:

o Strong negotiation and communication skills.

o Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

o Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

o Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including regulations, market dynamics, and challenges.
