Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth. Your expertise in technical and technology sales will be essential as you engage with prospective clients, communicate our value proposition, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for business development.

Duties
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads within target markets.
  • Utilize various platforms and tools to gather information on prospects and their needs.
  • Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to lead generation processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate with prospects.
Experience
  • Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
  • Strong background in customer service with a focus on building relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating tele sales leads.
