Responsibilities
  1. Prospect for seller leads, convert leads to appointments, make offers to purchase, and write up contracts to purchase.
  2. Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale to the Dispositions team.
  3. Build relationships throughout the market that could lead to future acquisition opportunities.
  4. Identify, contact, and obtain appointments with for-sale-by-owner and expired listings, maintaining follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell.
  5. Negotiate or oversee negotiations for sellers.
  6. Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service from initial contact through contract to close.
  7. Oversee all aspects of sellers' transactions from initial contact to contract to close.
  8. Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking interactions in the CRM.
  9. Prepare letters of intent, market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other paperwork.
  10. Utilize the CRM daily to track contact details and monitor sales process.
  11. Reply promptly to all incoming leads and client requests.
  12. Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close.
  13. Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, site walks, and market trends.
Qualifications
  1. 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, especially acquisitions or land acquisition, preferred.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (Fluent Spanish a plus).
  3. Team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
  4. Ability to set and close appointments over the phone and in person.
  5. Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills.
  6. Driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented.
  7. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  8. Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
Compensation

$90,000 - $120,000 base + commission
