Summary

We are looking for a creative and versatile Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our international social media marketing agency. This role is key to producing high-quality multimedia content combining engaging short form videos with impactful graphic designs that drives results for our clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who understands social media trends, can work across multiple formats, and has the skills to deliver content that grows audiences, boosts engagement, and supports business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and ads optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Design graphics, banners, and visuals for social media, ad campaigns, and branding
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns tailored for international audiences
  • Stay updated on editing trends, design styles, and social platform algorithms to maximize performance
  • Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality content within deadlines
  • Analyze content performance and make adjustments to improve engagement and conversions
  • Maintain consistency with client branding, tone, and guidelines
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–4 years in video editing + graphic design, specifically for digital and social media
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both video + design work for social media
  • Knowledge of social media content strategies and trends
  • Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and performance optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills
Work Schedule
  • Shift Timing: Night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, supporting international clients)
  • Must be able to work independently and stay productive during overnight hours
  • Performance Commission: Additional pay based on content results (followers, views, engagement, conversions)
