Ebs Digital is a Dubai-based 360° growth marketing agency with a delivery team in Pakistan. We focus on performance marketing, landing pages/funnels, automation, content, SEO, and influencer campaigns. We are lean, fast, and growth-driven.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Creative Designer who can bridge branding, marketing collateral, and digital UI/UX. The role demands creativity and technical skills in Figma, strong motion/animation design, and the ability to create visually compelling assets for both campaigns and client-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality social media assets, ad creatives, pitch decks, reports, and brand collateral.
  • Lead UI/UX design for landing pages, websites, and funnels in Figma.
  • Create engaging motion graphics/animations for ads, reels, and digital content.
  • Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into polished visuals.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, developers, and the marketing team.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery with consistent quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital/creative design.
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong portfolio showing branding, UI/UX, and motion/animation work.
  • Knowledge of design systems and responsive layouts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Agency or multi-client experience is a strong plus.
