We're Hiring: Lead Generation Ads Specialist (Media Buyer)

We're looking for a Paid Media Buyer / Lead Generation Ads Specialist to join our team and work across a range of exciting client campaigns — from planning to optimization.

What You'll Do:

Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and/or Google Ads

Build and execute data-driven strategies that align with client goals

Test targeting, creatives, copy, and placements to optimize ad performance

Collaborate with the creative team on visual assets and ad ideas

Monitor performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and provide clear reports

Use automation and AI tools (like ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, Zapier, etc.) to enhance workflow

Stay updated with advertising trends, platform changes, and industry best practices

Repurpose campaign content across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Work closely with the team to refine funnels, offers, and messaging

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on experience in paid ads and lead generation

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools

Experience optimizing campaigns to generate quality leads efficiently

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client campaigns

Familiarity with A/B testing, custom audiences, retargeting, and reporting

Comfortable using AI and automation tools to improve processes

Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

Bonus: Experience with service-based industries like real estate, cleaning, or education

Bonus: Familiarity with landing page tools (ClickFunnels, Carrd, Leadpages, etc.)

Where You'll Work:

Australia preferred, but remote-friendly for the right candidate.
