Job Title: Paid Media Buyer/Lead Generation Ads Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paid Media Buyer/Led Generation Ads Specialist to join our team.

  • Job Description:
  • We are looking for a talented individual to plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and/or Google Ads.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid ads and lead generation, with a strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • They will be responsible for building and executing data-driven strategies that align with client goals, testing targeting, creatives, copy, and placements to optimize ad performance.
  • The successful candidate will also collaborate with the creative team on visual assets and ad ideas, monitor performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.), and provide clear reports.
  • In addition, they will use automation and AI tools to enhance workflow, stay updated with advertising trends, platform changes, and industry best practices, and repurpose campaign content across various platforms.
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in paid ads and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client campaigns.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, custom audiences, retargeting, and reporting, as well as comfort using AI and automation tools to improve processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset, with a strong blend of analytical and creative thinking.
