YARWI is seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialists to join our growing team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting students with our transformative courses. Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential students: Actively seek out and connect with individuals who are interested in pursuing courses offered by YARWI. This may involve attending events, networking online, and utilizing various marketing resources.
Conduct effective sales presentations: Clearly articulate the value proposition of YARWI courses, highlighting their benefits and features to prospective students.
Provide comprehensive course information: Answer student inquiries regarding course content, curriculum, scheduling, and fees with accuracy and enthusiasm.
Guide students through the enrollment process: Assist students with completing enrollment applications and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Achieve sales targets: Strive to meet or exceed established sales goals by consistently generating new student enrollments.
Maintain accurate records: Diligently track sales activities, student interactions, and enrollment progress using provided tools and systems.
Stay updated on YARWI offerings: Maintain a thorough understanding of all courses, programs, and promotions offered by YARWI.
Collaborate with the team: Work effectively with other Sales Specialists and team members to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for effectively engaging with potential students and building rapport.
Sales aptitude and persuasion: Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade others, effectively presenting the value of YARWI courses.
