Telesales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers via phone calls and other forms of communication.

Fresh graduates, intermediates, bachelors, and marketing students are encouraged to apply. We value individuals who possess excellent communication skills and have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in cold calling and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and information.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and handle objections effectively.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong leadership skills and the capacity to work independently.
