IDR is a tech-enabled platform with over 500,000 industry leaders across various verticals and geographies. We connect consulting firms, life science firms, financial institutions, and corporate clients with vetted subject matter experts to facilitate informed decision-making.

The Role:

The role involves understanding project requirements, estimating timelines, screening experts based on project criteria for qualitative and quantitative research, and coordinating consultations between experts and clients.

What will your typical day look like?

  1. Understand the specific requirements and goals of each market research project assigned by clients.
  2. Identify and recruit suitable participants for online surveys, focus groups, and consultations using tools like Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, online search engines, and publicly available data.
  3. Engage with subject matter experts to assess their suitability for client projects.
  4. Submit expert profiles for team review and client approval.
  5. Communicate with experts to schedule consultations and manage related meetings.
  6. Maintain records of experts and participants, including payment details and basic information, updating these records timely on the platform and internal trackers.
  7. Address experts' concerns and guide them through all project stages, from onboarding to completion, including handling payment queries.
  8. Ensure compliance with workflow and security policies at every step.

What are we looking for?

  • Basic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in management sciences or a related field.
  • Work experience: 0 to 2 years maximum.

Functional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent collaboration skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and pressure situations.
  • Resilience in adapting to changing expectations and environments.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with people engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
