Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Analyst - EMEA. This role will involve working closely with subject matter experts, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
About the Role
- Screen subject matter experts based on criteria for qualitative and quantitative projects, ensuring effective consultation between experts and clients.
- Understand project requirements and estimate the time needed to complete tasks by delivering the required sample size.
- Communicate with experts, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings related to the project.
- Maintain records of experts and participants, including payment details and basic information, ensuring timely updates on platforms and trackers.
- Address experts' concerns and guide them through all project stages, including onboarding, execution, and payment queries.
- Ensure compliance with workflow and security policies at every step.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in management sciences or a related field.
- Work Experience: 0 to 2 years maximum.
- Excellent collaboration skills to align multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and pressure.
- Resilience in adapting to changing expectations and environments.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with people engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
