Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join Daraz's courier business team (3PV business). The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the courier and logistics industry, with a strong background in Sales and Business Development. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to boost revenue, market share, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
  2. Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and closing deals.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with operations, product, and finance teams for seamless service delivery.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  6. Present proposals aligned with client needs.
  7. Report progress and insights to senior management regularly.
  8. Manage the entire client onboarding process.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in courier and logistics, with a focus on B2B sales.
  3. Proven success in developing strategies and achieving sales goals.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Data analysis skills to identify trends and make decisions.
  6. Customer-focused with a dedication to service excellence.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a tech-oriented mindset.
  8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
