Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Developer to join our team full-time in Gujrat. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. You will manage and expand our presence on Fiverr and Upwork, leverage LinkedIn for professional networking, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and generating qualified leads across multiple platforms.
- Communicating with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies with service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and proposal writing.
- Hands-on experience managing Fiverr/Upwork accounts with a successful track record.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn lead generation will be highly preferred.
- Ability to design and implement effective business strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or client relations is a plus.
