Meds Nexus are looking for Client Relation Associate to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team and take full responsibility for generating leads and sales. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English communication skills for our Pre-Sales department. This is a salary + commission-based role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Calling clients and potential customers to inform them about the services offered.
  2. Answering inbound & outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages.
  3. Scheduling virtual zoom meetings with interested clients.
  4. Conducting email marketing and sending emails to clients.
  5. Attending and handling virtual zoom meetings and client presentations.
  6. Preparing analysis reports and meeting minutes.
  7. Handling other duties as needed or assigned by the Manager.
  8. Managing customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensuring resolution.
  9. Identifying client needs and responding in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
  10. 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field is required.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Intermediate in any domain with excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills (preferably a North American accent).
  2. Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), RingCentral, Avaya/Cisco IP Phones.
  3. Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry, with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in customer support.
  4. Available to work during US working hours.

Must-Have:

  1. Fluent communication skills.
  2. International calling and communication experience.
  3. Female candidates are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs 50,000.00 – Rs 80,000.00 per month (basic salary without commission up to 80K)
