Carried out efficient administration of prevention and control of accidents and ensuring safe and healthy environment on site.

Supervision of safe and efficient start up and shut down of various equipment. Ensure that equipment preparation and start up procedures are strictly observed.

Supervision of the production and operation and ensure that data is recorded and forwarded to concerned departments.

Ensure that targets are met with tight planning and scheduling.

Supervision, monitoring and implementation of production requirements and development of daily work program, planned maintenance or work schedule.

Job Specification

Make training schedule of newly inducted trainees and implement it.

Prepare a variety of daily and other periodic operation and activity reports.

Monitoring of stocks in warehouse.

Manage the production and maintenance teams to achieve the targets of OEE, FR reduction, wastage reduction, FOE reductions, implementation of TPM methodologies, GMP and HACCP.

Develop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assets.

Manage the technical/maintenance teams responsible to deliver projects, innovation, infrastructure and services to the site.

Lead the innovation implementation on the site, looking for best alternatives/options of design to manufacturing. Support innovation delivery as part of regional network.

Prepare and manage capital budget and capital expenditure proposals in coordination with cluster and category requirements.

Liaison with category and engineering excellence teams for technology upgrades.

Ensure that quality of the work conducted is to the highest possible standard and lowest cost.
