We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals with expertise bidding in Upwork for our IT services. As an Upwork Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Upwork bidding: 2 to 3 years of experience, interacting with clients.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • English proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Skillful in negotiations.
  • Recognize and adhere to the established protocol for communication channels.
Responsibilities
  • Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Bringing in new business by participating in online bidding on freelancing platforms, collaborating with global clients, and generating sales until the completion of clients' projects.
  • Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, rapport building, talking with clients, and closure.
  • Gathering client requirements, communicating the requirements with the team, and delivering the project to the client. Talking on the phone, chatting applications, and Skype depending on the requirement from the client.
  • Closely collaborating with the management or designated team leader and finishing all assigned duties.
  • Retaining records of customer information and sales as well as regular communication with current clients.
  • Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly targets.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Initiating, managing, and following up on negotiations and deal closure activities performed with potential alliances for new businesses, as well as structuring the deal according to the company goals of revenue and profit.
