Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Bid Specialist to contribute to our growth at Increase Rev. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of competitive bidding and proposal writing principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Bid Process Management: Oversee the entire bidding process from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  2. Proposal Writing Expertise: Possess excellent writing skills to craft persuasive proposals that address client concerns.
  3. Customer Estimates and Quotations: Create accurate and detailed customer estimates and quotations.
  4. Rating Maintenance: Maintain high ratings on reputable freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
  5. Customer Requirements and Project Handover: Collect and clarify customer requirements, communicate them effectively to the team, and ensure seamless project handovers.
  6. Client Relationships and Deadlines: Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring prompt communication and adherence to deadlines.
  7. Verbal and Written Communication: Develop strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients.
Job Specification:Required Skills:
  1. Negotiation and Interpersonal Abilities: Possess effective negotiation and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  2. Experience and Industry Knowledge: Have at least 2 years of experience as a bidder on reputable freelance platforms, along with excellent industry knowledge and a commitment to staying up-to-date with trends.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, as well as strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
