Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's (4 Years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Security, or equivalent
  • Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC

Job Location: Islamabad

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Information Security within a reputable organization; international standard qualification is highly desirable
  • At least 1 year experience in SOC operation/analysis preferred
  • Hands-on experience with any SIEM
  • Certifications like CompTIA CySA+ and BTL 1 are preferred

Skills and Competencies:

  • Detect incidents by monitoring the SIEM console, rules, reports, and dashboards
  • Monitor SIEM resources to identify anomalies
  • Report incidents to the concerned team and SOC
  • Escalate incidents when SLAs are not met
  • Monitor the health of the SIEM tool
  • Assist SOC team in incident detection and resolution
  • Coordinate with external teams for incident resolution

Terms & Conditions:

  • The selected candidate will be hired initially for a 5-year contract period, extendable if required
  • The management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without reason
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews
  • False information will lead to disqualification
  • Government/Semi-Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC)
  • Age relaxation of 5 years is included in the age limit
