Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site TikTok Shop Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of our TikTok Shop. This includes listing and optimizing products, managing stock and pricing, monitoring performance analytics, coordinating promotions, handling customer queries, and ensuring alignment with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and customer service. The goal is to drive growth, maintain operational efficiency, and deliver a high-quality shopping experience on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the TikTok Shop platform, including product listings, stock levels, and pricing updates
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock availability and timely order fulfillment
  • Analyze sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Implement platform-specific promotions and campaigns in line with TikTok Shop tools and guidelines
  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and issue resolution to maintain a high satisfaction rating
  • Collaborate with marketing and influencer teams to align TikTok Shop activity with broader campaign strategies
  • Stay updated on TikTok Shop policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce marketplace for 2 to 3 years
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop backend, tools, and promotional features
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Experience in inventory coordination and order management
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and promotional strategy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore
  • Background in e-commerce or retail operations is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
