Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000 per month + Performance-Based Commission

Job Overview:

Clean and Green Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Officer to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into sales, and build long-term customer relationships using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales inquiries.
  • Explain services, pricing, and promotional offers clearly and convincingly.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective follow-up and closing.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain updated data in CRM software.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email communication).
