We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President Delivery Lead

Principal Responsibilities

  1. Lead the delivery of BI and Analytics solutions to achieve measurable outcomes for HSBC's global businesses and functions.
  2. Manage a multidisciplinary team of business analysts, data analysts, data scientists, and visualization specialists to deliver use cases via Agile methodologies.
  3. Report progress to senior stakeholders and business sponsors through participation in key steering and governance committees.
  4. Enforce tooling and reporting standards within the team when delivering BI and Analytics solutions.
  5. Partner with central data asset, architecture, data sourcing, technology, and vendor data teams to build high-quality, reusable data assets, analytics, and BI solutions.
  6. Influence strategy and shape the program approach across multiple projects, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments, and changes, while proactively driving program delivery, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget, and risks.
  7. Define staffing, responsibilities, and schedules; establish effective program controls and procedures; set high quality expectations and implement quality assurance processes.
  8. Manage relationships with external suppliers; report progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to steering committees, and make recommendations to influence decision-making to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.
  9. Provide visible leadership to ensure the program aligns with HSBC's change portfolio.
  10. Drive adoption of HSBC standards and align work with HSBC methodology at all times.
  11. Lead the team to meet performance targets aligned with program objectives.

  • Build and leverage deep relationships with key business stakeholders to understand, generate, prioritize, and meet demand for BI and Analytics opportunities.
