As a Lead Design Consultant you will oversee and execute client design projects from concept to print-ready delivery. You will manage high-value design requests, provide creative direction, ensure print compatibility, and act as a liaison between clients, sales, and production teams. This is a strategic role for someone who blends creative leadership with technical precision.

Responsibilities

·Translate client concepts into compelling visual designs aligned with their brand and printing needs

·Review, guide, and finalize artwork to ensure it meets all prepress requirements

·Communicate directly with clients for creative consultation, revisions, and approvals

·Lead junior designers or trainees in maintaining workflow and design quality

·Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient file handoff and minimal errors

·Stay updated on design trends, print innovations, and branding strategies

·Create templates, style guides, and reusable assets to improve efficiency across recurring projects

Qualifications

·3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a print production or branding environment

·Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

·Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding

·Deep familiarity with prepress standards, printing formats, and production processes

·Strong client communication and presentation skills

·Leadership qualities to guide junior team members or freelancers when needed
