Role Summary

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Salespersons to join our dispatch services team in Faisalabad. This role involves reaching out to truck/carrier owners (primarily in the U.S. market), explaining our dispatch services, and converting them into long-term clients. Success in this position means strong communication, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to build trust and close deals over the phone.

How This Role Fits Into the Organization

Our Sales team plays a critical role in expanding our client base by directly connecting with carriers who need reliable dispatch support. As a key part of our operations, Salespersons help grow our presence in the logistics industry and ensure a steady flow of new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Call U.S.-based carriers/truck owners and introduce our dispatch services
  • Convince carriers of the benefits of partnering with our dispatch house
  • Answer questions, handle objections professionally, and guide them through the onboarding process
  • Maintain a strong follow-up routine with potential leads
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
  • Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
  • Fluent English speaking skills with a clear, confident voice
  • Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or customer support (dispatch industry experience is a big plus)
  • Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) education; Bachelor's preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with U.S. time zones and basic trucking/dispatch concepts is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using phones, CRMs, or communication platforms
