Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing new business deals. Success in this position means consistently exceeding sales targets, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. This role is vital to expanding our market reach and strengthening our brand presence across industries.

- Building and managing a solid pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Establishing trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
- Contributing ideas for continuous improvement in sales processes and strategies.
- Effectively collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored product or service solutions.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts that meet both client and company needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity logs in CRM systems.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and virtual/in-person exhibitions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in tech, software, or services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
