Are you a dynamic leader ready to take charge of a busy fuel station and make a real impact? As our Fuel Station Manager, you'll be at the heart of operations—overseeing day-to-day activities, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and ensuring our station operates at peak performance with the highest standards of safety and quality.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a motivated team passionate about delivering excellence.
• Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional service experience during each visit.
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships that foster loyalty and drive growth.
• Support local sales and promotional activities to boost customer engagement and business success.
• Manage inventory efficiently to keep the station running smoothly without interruptions.
• Maintain flawless machinery, equipment, and facilities to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Champion our HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) protocols to create a safe and secure workplace for all.
• Provide insightful operational and performance reports to senior management, helping shape strategic decisions.
• Handle daily accounts and financial transactions accurately, ensuring transparency and operational efficiency.
• Uphold company policies and ensure full regulatory compliance at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Minimum Graduate (BBA or B.Com, preferable)
• Experience: 5+ years in Accounts & Admin, or Branch Operations, with proven supervisory skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and service
