MBNC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Medical Biller to join our healthcare revenue cycle management team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end medical billing processes, including claims submission, payment posting, denial management, AR follow-up, and patient billing inquiries. Proficiency with billing software and understanding of payer policies and compliance regulations are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete RCM workflow from charge entry to payment posting.
  • Prepare and submit accurate electronic and paper claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers.
  • Verify benefits (VOB) and obtain prior authorizations for procedures and treatments.
  • Follow up on accounts receivable (AR) to ensure claim resolution and payment recovery.
  • Resolve claim denials, rejections, and appeals efficiently.
  • Post insurance and patient payments accurately and reconcile accounts.
  • Handle patient billing inquiries professionally and clearly.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance regulations, and company policies.
  • Analyze billing trends, claim issues, and reimbursement discrepancies, and report findings.
  • Collaborate with providers, payers, and internal teams to optimize revenue.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 5 years of medical billing experience in a multispecialty or high-volume setting.
  • Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and billing guidelines.
  • Understanding of payer policies and the appeal process for denied claims.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
