Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative B2B located near Westridge in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer accounts. The role includes providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the B2B sector.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with medical billing services and processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
