In This Role You Will
  • Facilitate business growth by acquiring new customers and providing administrative support, identifying areas to increase revenue.
  • Support the execution of sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, optimize sales processes, and convert data into actionable insights.
How You Can Express Your Talent
  • Support teams in achieving monthly targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Distribute sales targets efficiently across teams and territories.
  • Implement sales planning for all PTCL brands within the territory.
  • Follow up on pending orders to ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with operations for timely installation of orders to improve conversion ratios.
  • Work on expanding and improving the retail network in your territory.
  • Ensure direct delivery to channels with the agreed service levels, manage productivity, and control stock-outs through distributors and franchisees.
  • Collaborate with trade marketing and channel development teams to ensure policy compliance.
  • Follow up on bill payments from new customers.
  • Maintain sales quality within the territory.
  • Identify areas for channel improvement and assist management in developing strategies.
  • Adhere to all company policies and principles.
What You Need to Be Successful

Qualifications:

  • A certification in selling or related skills is a plus.

Experience:

  • Experience in sales and distribution.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Marketing and business acumen.
  • Product knowledge.
