We are looking to onboard a dynamic Mechanical Engineer who will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining mechanical systems that enhance our plant efficiency and production capacity.

We are looking to onboard a dynamic Mechanical Engineer who will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining mechanical systems that enhance our plant efficiency and production capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems such as pulleys, belt systems, and gear assemblies for textile machinery.
• Analyze and calculate gear ratios and pulley configurations to optimize machine performance.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Integrate sensors into existing machinery for automation and monitoring purposes.
• Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks for developing and updating technical drawings and equipment layouts.
• Develop and implement Arduino-based automation projects for mechanical process improvements.
• Support the installation, troubleshooting, and calibration of various mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Maintain detailed records of system specifications, maintenance logs, and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, especially pulleys, gear systems, and machine integration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Hands-on experience with Arduino and sensor integration for automation.
• Familiarity with different sensor types (temperature, proximity, pressure, etc.) and their applications in industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of mechanical calculations (e.g., torque, speed, power transmission).
• Basic understanding of PLC programming (preferably Siemens or Allen Bradley) is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
