Mechanical Engineer

This role entails responsibility for designing and developing mechanical components, analyzing gear ratios, and integrating sensors. The successful candidate will collaborate with production teams to optimize machine efficiency.

1. Design mechanical components such as pulleys, belt systems, and gear assemblies.
2. Analyze and calculate gear ratios and pulley configurations to optimize machine performance.
3. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime.
4. Integrate sensors into existing machinery for automation and monitoring purposes.
5. Develop technical drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
6. Implement Arduino-based automation projects for mechanical process improvements.
7. Support the installation, troubleshooting, and calibration of various mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
8. Maintain detailed records of system specifications and maintenance logs.
9. Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Experience in mechanical design, particularly pulleys and gear systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Familiarity with Arduino and sensor integration.
• Understanding of mechanical calculations and PLC programming.

• Experience working in a textile mill or heavy machinery environment.
